Carson was raised in Kingfisher, OK on a Cattle and Wheat Farm.

He was the junior high religion teacher at Christ the King Catholic Church in Nichols Hills, OK.

He served as a parochial vicar at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Enid, OK for one year, and then was transferred to be the chaplain of Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School in Oklahoma City. After one year, he was assigned to be the pastor of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ponca City, OK and St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Newkirk, OK, where he is currently assigned.

Carson brings years of experience with land acquisition and energy royalty deals.
